Hartford Area Flag Football (HAFF) is committed to the development of our community's student athletes by the way of fundamental football principals. The goal is to promote physical activity, teamwork, and sportsmanship to maximize each athlete's potential. Through football participation we can teach and instill important values such as pride, accountability, commitment, discipline, leadership and determination.
HAFF seeks to create a fun and inspirational learning environment where kids are encouraged to discover a love for the game.
HAFF's coaching approach emphasizes core values of effort, respect, and enthusiasm. These values serve as a guideline for teaching our young participants' how to develop a mindset that will serve them well both on and off the field of play.
HAFF emphasizes the development of skills and creativity which serve as the building blocks of positive self-esteem and confidence.
